What is boba?
Boba Pearls, also called tapioca pearls, are small, round balls made from tapioca starch (which comes from the cassava root). We boil the boba until it becomes soft and chewy, with a texture similar to that of a soft gummy bear.
Do you offer any other toppings besides boba?
We offer a variety of toppings such as: Popping Boba (Strawberry, Green Apple, Passionfruit), Fruit Jelly, Lychee Jelly, Coconut Jelly, Custard Pudding (similar to a soft flan), Mango Jelly Stars, Strawberry Jelly Hearts, Crystal Boba, Brown Sugar Jelly, Caramel, Chocolate, Oreo Cookies, Sprinkles, Chamoy, and Tajin.
Can I choose the sugar level in my drink?
Yes, you have options for the additional sugar levels: No Sugar, Less Sugar, and Extra Sugar.
How many flavors can I add to a custom drink?
You can add as many flavors as you want! For no extra cost, you can pick up to 2 flavors for your drink! — mix and match however you like! If you want to add more than 2 flavors, each extra one is just 75 cents more. The possibilities are endless!
Do you cook your own teas?
Yes, our Thai Tea, Milk Tea, Green Tea, Black Tea, and Vietnamese Coffee are all brewed in house with our premium tea blends and specialty Coffee.
What sizes are your drinks?
Our Small is 16oz and our Large is 24oz.
Do you have any dairy-free alternatives?
Yes, we offer Oat Milk, Almond Milk and Coconut Cream.
Do you take phone/online orders?
Yes, all of our locations accept phone and online orders for pick-up. Please see our Locations page for the phone number to your preferred shop.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Mobile Payments (Apple Pay & Google Pay) and offer a discount if you pay with Cash.
